Job Title: Site Manager Assistant

Reports to: Site Manager

Location: 2601 Belford Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501

Part Time Position: 20 hours a week, Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Position Overview

Housing Resources is seeking a Part-Time Site Manager to support residents and assist with daily operations in our housing program.

Major Responsibilities

· Assist with daily property operations and resident relations

· Process rental applications, certifications, and lease agreements

· Collect rent, track payments, and prepare resident notices

· Ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credits, CHFA, and other requirements

· Coordinate work orders, unit turnovers, and inspections

· Support property activities and enforce rules/regulations

· Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and confidentiality standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Experience with HUD, Tax Credits, CHFA, or CDOH compliance

· Understanding of Fair Housing laws

· Strong organizational and people skills

Training, Experience, and Education

· Ability to pass a criminal background check

Salary and Benefits

· $18–$20/hour (DOE)

· 20 hrs/week, part-time, 8:00am-12:00pm

· Paid training + professional development opportunities

· Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours/week
