Rental and Eviction Counseling
Our housing counselors work with clients who are looking for stable rental housing or may be worried about keeping their rentals.
Our counselors will help you develop a household budget, understand credit, make a savings plan, and reduce debt. You’ll also learn why credit matters, how to calculate an affordable rent payment, and your basic tenant rights. We’ll share resources and support you in understanding what funding is available to help with rent payments and navigating the application processes.

“It took us 8 to 9 months to get into Garden Village and we have been blown away by the staff and the classes at the Community Center like ‘Cooking Matters’. Brandy and Jaye in the office are so caring and there are no other complexes out there like this one. We are grateful to be here.”
