What Role Do Employers Play?
Our team will work with your company to design a partnership that works for you! Businesses participating in Partners for Homeownership can help their employees by connecting them to local housing services, hosting homebuyer education, and providing direct purchasing assistance. Housing Resources will help design a program that works for your business, your workforce, and your budget, and there is no charge to participate.
Each partnership is unique. Your partnership may include:
Outreach
- Distribute information about our services to your staff
- Invite our team to present at staff meetings, benefit fairs, or new hire orientations
Education
- Host a Homebuyer 101 or Financial Fitness workshop taught by our team
- Sponsor employees to enroll in the Homebuyer Education online class
Direct Assistance
Provide small grants to employees to help them achieve their housing goals. We will help you design and operate a program that maximizes your available budget.
